Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to make a great first impression on buyers before they step foot into your house. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers create their initial thoughts about your house and how you perform house's regular maintenance.
Acknowledging this helps us to decide what steps we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't attractive on the outside with retouched paint and bright greenery it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and raise your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your place seem to say, "Hello From Your New Place" to a buyer? Walking-through your house from a buyer's view, I'll suggest adjustments that improve market appeal.
I'll tell you take away items that give the impression of clutter. Counter tops should be cleared off. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and kids' artwork should get stored away too. We'll simplify the decor of house. Ugly or cluttered places make your home seem less spacious and buyers have a harder time picturing themselves living there.
I'll review each room of your home. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that could use shining, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively impact the sale.
Working together, we'll make sure your home has mass appeal and that it's comfortable, steering clear of "loud" or "too-bright" colors on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can try borrowing furnishings. The goal is for your place to look inviting as opposed to deserted.

Setting the Stage
At your Open House, we want to engage the buyer's senses. To eliminate shadows critical and we'll draw back curtains, and add lighting where needed to show off your home. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music playing softly and make sure a delightful fragrance flows throughout your home. We'll make use of cozy-looking blankets, and place pillows on your couch and bed. Buyers should feel like your current place is their future home. |
